Dear Mr D,

We refer to your email dated 27 Aug 07.We are of the view that if an employee absents himself on legitimategrounds such as annual leave, sick leave, public holiday etc, he is deemed to have worked during the period and such absence shall be included in the computation of total hours worked in the week. So how ?? should i complain or not ????? U see ... We must always get our fact and figure correct b4 playing game ... And if i want to complain .. who i complain to ?? The company or MOM ??
