Singaporean just dun seem to read well or should i said understand ENGLISH ????

Already told b4 hand that sale item no exchange and not even for sizes. Receipt also had mention and even chop on it. Yet, all these bully still want to act tough and argue with u abt it. I mention an idiot today regarding this. He only shup up only when i read the tems and conditions loudly in front of him and his kids then he kept his bloody mouth shut. I told him nicely that i would consider an exchange if he stop acting like an idiot. In the end, i let him exchange but i shame him in front of his kids. Serve u right ..... Mr idiot ..........
