MY 2ND DAY

My 2nd day of work, i had my fair share of see all the cash rich customer. Their buying power is damn strong . I also met this irriting ang moh. I dun want to mention where she from. I can only used suck up and fucking ugly n fucking stingy n fucking stupid n fucking lazy.

I tried to swipe her credit card for payment n it dun seem able to get thru n i tried again. Her daugher told me that her mum said if i swipe more than 3 times on the machine, the card is declined. I politely tell her that the card already declined when i tried the first time. Anyway, it went thru and she requested to claim Gst refund. I precessed the transcation for her and just asked her to sign on the shop copy. She fucking pass me her passport n asked me to fill it up for her own copy. I told her she could do it at her own time when she is free. I didnt even bother to explain more . She fucking ot that i would give her cash back. I had to tell her to claim it from the airport. All i can said is .. her country dun reli speak english lah ...........

So far, work is ok expect my retail manager love to visit me .. i like see her 2 days liao and she talk too much. I just couldnt take it ....... tmrw i off lah ... i hink i need the rest again ... damn tired .............

PICKING IT UP

I started my first day of work with no major drama. I m like their first boutique manager and my boss had already put pressure on wat i need to do n the $$$$$ need to come in cause she think based on my years of experience, i should be in this flag ship store for the brands.

So far, i only hear lots of unhappiness between the staff n who i should look out for. I m going to use my eyes to observe n deal with the problems. Here there no team work at all. i need to jel them up.

Well, taking one step at a time. Thank god, my shop b under going renovation this oct . Let it be a brand new start for all of us.

PS: I m trying to pick up my life now. give me some time, people ....

My friend asked me that if i dun reply smses or comment in my facebook, wasnt it because i m angry with the person. I said usually it abt 50% loh. Cause, i dun see the point to reply when the person try to apologise when the issue is very clear abt wat the problem. I can accept it but i see no point to on going the conversation .

I just have to remind them that watever i post in facebook is all about myself n my tots. I need not hv to answer to everyone or anyone.

Some ppl just tot that they are star from the sky .. Cant post or link them cause they have lots of friends in facebook n they kind of worried it will spoil their reputation. Come on loh ... How u at work n outside got nothing to do with yr friends .. unless u post sex video n pics lah .. then i got nothing to say.

I just cant help to feel disappointed with people. Yes, i do admit that at times, a call seem to be so appreciated and with watever is being said over the phone. It touching .. But when it come to action ..... *TSK*TSK*TSK ..........

Everything seem so fake . I have done my share as a friend who being there for u when u have your up n down. I even went to the point of being the bad guy , to b harsh on u when u dun able to see certain things ... Coming to this stage ... enough is enough .

Mayb thing should just remain as it is now... It will turn out better ...

I cant remember when the last time my interview actually last this long. I also find it weird to attend one on a busy sat. But it ok . Evereything went well but u never know all the x-factor might come up n i end up not being the one. I just prepared myself for the worst sencerio.

It cant of funny that with all the same resume that being send to different companys. I m just wonder how peoples see it ? There some tot i m a job hopping cause she didnt take enough time to read it. Some thing that due to the different roles i took up over the years and tot my experience in retail is not that much .. This is so funny ... I tot we should be all rounder in our lines and it help prepared us to b able to fit in any tasks that given by the company. I felt compnay who only train their people in doing one particular job is soooo out-dated. Wat happened if this fucker just MIA ??? How u going to find replaced for it ??

With all the interviews i been going thru , i find at times i just cant help but to feel sad with some company. They do not see things in long sighted n only believe in wat they see in the first meeting n watever paper that u have. At times, i m wondering with my 2 diplomas that i m having ... It doesnt seem to help at all. With the kind of good service they expect in the front line and with all the cert that i collected the years which given by the government... It doesnt seem to fucking help too. Now, the company spend $$$$ to train the staff .. send them out to get the cert .. people just quit n join other company ... wont the other company feel that they have a bargain ??? Hello !!!! U people sooo stingy to send yr own people for courses and other ppl do it for u leh ... then just because yr company pay well that y people join u .. u still want to b choosy ???

Coming to this point, i just cant help to feel the disappoinment that no matter how good u are .. people just dun see it ...

How long should a job interview b ?

Today i went for one and it end in 10 mins time. Well, i didnt have to wait long cause they send methe application form b4 hand so that i can fill in and the moment i arrived, she came and interview me.

She just came straigh to the point n bomb bomb bomb me with one question after another. Well, althought it end in 10 mins times but this is way much better than the one i went the last round. If u hv remember, it suck completely.

Gosh, i do hv this much of confidence i will get it, if i dun... my bloody confidence will be soooo badly shaken again ... I just need so god power now to help me.
