I'M FLYING AGAIN !!!

Here i m, just reach the beautiful country Hong Kong !!!!

We managed to get a 645am flight. We reach abt Hk at abt 1130am. After all the delay, we reach hotel at abt 1230pm .....

Drama a bit in hotel toilet .. It was winter time .. So all my drama coat and scarf all come out !!!!

Staying at Royal pacific hotel. It a best choice and i always stay here when i come to Hk. It very convience and near to a lot of eating places. Within walking distant to the mtr station ...

The last time i was here was in 2006... Almak, it last year .. The hotel had just upgrade finish. Very class now.. it worth the $$$ and it a 5* hotel .. Cool !!!!!!!!!

The interior and bath room ... Very cool .. Got upgrade cause our room not ready and it was pass the check in time. It was on the 22th floor. Higest was 23th floor... Lovely view .... Onli complain .. room too small but it was cosy enough .....

It dirt cheap there .. But it was winter time so didn't have much choice of tee .. almost all jacket/ sweater/coat and cargigan. The jean is lovely and cheap. It a 3 storey high shop. They had akids and baby section. Veri cool and stylish items. Love it. I went back at least 3 times to buy my stuff and gift !!!! Anyway, Mongkok Langham place had H&M too.. Dun need to go that far !!!

It a jap version of Gap. A lot of cool tee. It dirt cheap too... When singapore going to have them ?? It located at Causeway bay. 2/f Lee theatre plaza. Somehwhere next to times square .

It a best visit shop in hk. Fashionable and stylish furniture. They had a ready to wear collection too. This time i didn't get anything. Kind of not my style !!! It located next to lee theatre plaza.

We went to Mongkok next. To bargain at Ladis market. I almost goes crazy there. So many things to see and buy. Anyway, We had a hard time finding places to eat. Omg .. It culture shock !!! Only managed to find a place to eat at abt 10pm. I m super dead hungry by them.

The street that i stay at is a branded street. U name it .. They had it ... Lv is under reno ... Walk further down, there a a Harbour city shopping mall. U get Prada, Gucci, D&G, Hugo Boss and a lot more. Wheelock place is there too .. U get all these branded stand alone boutique too !!!!! it a heaven !!!!!!!!!

U get hard rock too ... U need all the Hk designer brand?? I.T ?? Dmop ??? Just drop by next door .. It all there at Lippo centre near canton street .....

PACKING

I hate packing luggage .. .. especially packing for winter country. U would never know wat to bring and wat u need to bring !!!! I m so torn up in between which sweater/scarf/coat and bag to bring for my trip ... U KNOW WAT ??? My luggage is already fill up and my toilette is not even inside yet .. How the fuck m i going to squeeze it in ??? Btw, it a 4 days 3 nite tour and i m bring enough to let me sashay down the runway for a week ... Hahaha !!!!!! Idiot ....

Went to doctor today to get some medcine for my eye infection and flu .. It suck !!!! Got to fall sick everytime i go on holiday ... WHY ????

Blame it on the fucking unwritten rule of working a few full shit b4 holidays to exchange for the leave to be approved !! WTF !!! I already said loh .. This freaking company suck suck suck ... I dun even care who from my company would read this.. I m writing it down so that u idiot can bloody wake up ....

My eye lid is getting younger and i m getting older. I actually had this huge pimple growing at my eyelid there. Wat make it worse is this sinus that i had since morning ... It make my eye red and swollen. Not to mention a bloody nose that can serve a glass of water from the way it keep on leaking and a red nose to celebrate early xmas !!!

ENCHATED / THE KINGDOM

Featuring an all-star cast, the film follows the beautiful princess Giselle (Amy Adams) as she is banished by an evil queen (Susan Sarandon) from her magical, musical animated land and finds herself in the gritty reality of the streets of modern-day Manhattan. Shocked by this strange new environment that doesn't operate on a 'happily ever after' basis, Giselle is now adrift in a chaotic world badly in need of enchantment. But when Giselle begins to fall in love with a charmingly flawed divorce lawyer (Patrick Dempsey) who has come to her aid - even though she is already promised to a perfect fairy tale prince (James Marsden) back home - she has to wonder: can a storybook view of romance survive in the real world?

"The Kingdom" starts off with a brief lesson on US relations with Saudi Arabia from the 1930s when oil was discovered in the Arab kingdom, to the events of Sept 11 2001. Saudi Arabia, we are told, is the main exporter of oil - and America is the top consumer.

Next, we are taken to a secure community in Riyadh where foreign oil workers live with their families. This seemingly idyllic setting, of children playing softball and picnicking near the playground, is about to be turned into a war zone. Posing as local policemen, suicide bombers infiltrate the compound, shoot at the residents and blow themselves up - killing more than 100 people, including two FBI agents.

The effects of this disaster are soon felt in Washington, where FBI special agent Ronald Fleury (Jamie Foxx) prepares his forensic team for an on-site investigation. The team comprises of pathologist Janet Mayes (Jennifer Garner); computer geek Adam Leavitt (Jason Bateman); and explosives expert Grant Sykes (Chris Cooper). After exercising some smart political manoeuvres, Ronald is allowed to fly to the kingdom but he must be constantly guided and guarded by Saudi police colonel Faris Al-Ghazi (Ashraf Barhom), who is more concerned about the safety of his charges than in solving the crime.

With only a few days to complete his mission, Ronald finds his job hampered by political constraints and the lack of witnesses. Are the fears for the safety of the Americans justified, or is this a ruse to thwart their investigation?

Directed by Peter Berg, this 'whodunit' almost works like a 'Rambo in Saudi Arabia' caper, with a wishful revisionist scenario for the American response to fundamentalist terrorism. Unlike the Rambo flicks, however, the action here is rendered more intelligently and realistically, aided in no small way by the professional interactions between Ronald and Faris. After the initial mutual suspicions are overcome, Ronald begins to understand the problems of Faris' job, and Faris, on the other hand, understands the FBI agent's priorities. Both "The Kingdom" and "Lions For Lambs" are written by Matthew Michael Carnahan but the former is a lot more engaging because it takes viewers right into the thick of the action instead of just talking about civic responsibilities and the 'right of engagement'. There are also some clever touches, like showing how terrorist bombs are made, how hostages are used for propaganda purposes, and how some US politicians (like the Attorney-General, played by Danny Huston) are so out-of-touch with actual events.

However, what I like about "The Kingdom" is that it is not an anti-Muslim propaganda but an insight into the precarious political situation that the two sides find themselves in. Like in "Black Hawk Down", there is a tensed and suspenseful shootout in which the FBI agents are trapped in a tenement block full of women, children and armed men. This climactic sequence should satisfy the demands of action fans, just as the performances of the accomplished cast complement the plot.

Director Berg closes the movie with a fitting food for thought: Asked what was on the minds of Ronald and a terrorist leader as they were about to confront their enemy, they both share the same sentiments. Leaders with causes should chew on them.

How do u managed the space between yr Bf and u ?? Is that a time frame that state when u guys need it or it should be there in the first place ?? When a relationship honeymoon period is over, there a lot of stuff u need to do .. in order to maintain the relationship going on. It need 2 hands to maintain and not just u alone to carry on. .. Apart by communication , watelse is there to do in order to maintain a relationship ???

BUFFET BUFFET !!!

Finally, managed to gather my D&D gang up for our dinner celebration . Booked table at Hotel Rendezvous for their dinner buffet. It was so called recommaned by a few magazine. But it was horrible. Apart from the sushi and desert bar, they rest suck. I m so disappointed with the seafood selection. The oyster is very patheic .... Some of the gals can't make it .. But overall, we had a good time catching up and eat !!!

Went to Zouk to meet up mama after that. It was a great nite. Been a while since i last saw her. It been like 3 mths. Lot of things happen and we had lot of info to share !!!! Zouk was fun !!! Great music .. great company !!!!

I can't rememebr when they last time i met up with Miss F for dinner ??Bloody seminar end late today. Only managed to reach Junction 8 at 7pm . We decided to go Crystal jade for dinner. Thru out the conversation, i m shocked that she had BROKE UP with her bf. Well, I consider myself her best friend. I m angry that i was not by her side during these 2 mths to walk her out of the whole shitty things. I m angry not with her bf .. not her .. but myself. We been friend for like 12 yrs and yet i m stupid to think that she is happily with her bf that y she didn't contact me and i m yet to do so ...

When she was celebrating her birthday in Aug, There actully i believe that things might go well for them ... Well, i got nothing to say !!! Life still go on !! Be brave gal !!!! There lot of fishes around. U just need a boat to row out to the sea and fish !!!

I am so glad that I did not watch the NC 16 rating version when it first came out. Last week was the re lease of Lust Caution the uncensored R21 version. I managed to catch it on the last day of release with Mr M and it was absolutely fantastic, Ang Lee is just an amazing director he managed to pull it off every single time! To go from brokeback mountain to this film is pretty impressive if you ask me

Lust Caution stars a comer Tang Wei ,the sexy Tony Leung and Joan Chen.This an espionage thriller set in WWII-era Shanghai, in which a young woman Wang Jiazhi played by the rather plain looking Tang Wei's transformation from a freshman in college and gets swept up in a dangerous game of emotional and sexual intrigue with a powerful political figure Mr Yee played by Tony Leung. I was really looking forward to the sex scenes and they did not disappoint! The rather explicit sex scenes between the 2 leads was totally believable and if you ask me it is very important aspect of the film (after all the film is call Lust Caution in fact "Sex Trap" would be a better translation from the Chinese title) I loved this film and I am not saying this because Tony's balls, butt and body were on display. Ang Lee is now definitely high up there in my list of favourite directors!you just have to bear with Lee Hom over dramatic acting. The set and customes is beautiful ...... At times, i wish i was living in Shanghai at that period !!!!
